DISTRIBUTION OF REPORT CARDS   

Classes VI – IX & XI

Parents are requested to collect Reports for the First Term and meet the teachers as indicated below.

 9.00 – 10.00 am   :   Roll No. 1 – 15

10.30 – 11.30 am   :   Roll No. 16 – 30

1.00 pm – 2.00 pm   :   Roll No. 31 – 43

  

·        Parents of Class VI & XI are required to bring their daughters along with them.

·        Regular classes and after school activities will not be held on 20/08/10

  

N.B: Teachers will not be available between 12 – 12.30 pm.

IDENTITY CARDS

We plan to issue Identity Cards to all students which will be valid until they move to next level, 
                  i.e. one for Classes III to V
                  i.e. one for Classes VI to VIII
                  i.e. one for Classes IX to X
                  i.e. one for Classes XI to XII

The school will print the Identity Card with relevant details. However, the photograph will be attached by the students themselves. Therefore ALL students MUST have a recent
stamp size (2 cm X 2.5 cm) photograph of themselves in School Uniform
and bring it to school on 2 August 2010.

The Identity Card received thereafter does not need to be brought to School every day.

REVISED BUS ROUTE NO. 4

Bus Route No. 4 will be revised * w.e.f. 1st July 2010. Any guardian who wishes his/her daughter to avail of the above service may download the form given and submit the completed form to the school by 20 June 2010.
